Refund policy

All items are custom handmade. We do not offer returns and refunds, however we will offer a store credit.

If a pre-order runs past the ESTIMATED turnaround time you are more than welcome to contact Ember Moon and we will discuss options from there, BUT there will be no refunds.

You have 5 days to notify us of any issues with your items and send them back to us. We will fix any items and send your items back to you. If a bow falls apart you are more than welcome to send them back to Ember Moon and we will fix the bow and send it back within 5 business days.
